Good Bones Web Website & Service Terms
These Terms govern the Good Bones Web public website and, where no separate signed agreement controls, Good Bones online tools. Paid customer services are governed primarily by the applicable Master Service Agreement (“MSA”), Order Form, Data Processing Addendum, and AI Acceptable Use Policy.
Business use and eligibility
Good Bones services are intended for business use by users at least 18 years old. Anyone accepting for a company or organization represents that they are authorized to bind it.
Public website is not a binding order
Website descriptions, examples, demos, pilot announcements, and pricing summaries are informational. A paid scope exists only when the parties accept an Order Form or other written service agreement.
AI-assisted features
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuitable. Customers must review important output before relying on it, publishing it, sending it, quoting a final price, or using it for a consequential action.
The standard assistant is not a substitute for legal, medical, accounting, tax, engineering, financial-investment, or other licensed professional advice.
Owner control
Unless a separately authorized workflow expressly confirms execution, assistant output does not mean that a message was sent, money was spent, a contract was signed, content was published, an appointment was booked, or the customer was committed to a price or obligation.
Acceptable use
Users must comply with the current Good Bones AI Acceptable Use Policy and applicable third-party model restrictions.
Customer content
Customers retain rights in content they provide and grant Good Bones only the limited processing rights reasonably needed to provide, secure, support, and maintain the service. Customers represent that they have required rights, notices, and consents for submitted content.
AI-generated content and IP
AI output may not be unique. Good Bones does not promise that raw AI output is copyrightable, exclusively owned, non-infringing, or eligible for registration. Ownership/licensing of custom deliverables is controlled by the applicable MSA/Order Form.
Honest reviews
Nothing in these Terms prohibits or penalizes an honest review, assessment, photo, video, or opinion about Good Bones or its services, and nothing requires a customer to transfer intellectual-property rights in an honest review as a condition of service.
Marketing claims
Good Bones does not guarantee a particular revenue increase, profit, lead count, ranking, productivity result, or financial return unless a signed agreement expressly states a measurable commitment.
Recurring service
Recurring charges apply only where the accepted Order Form/checkout clearly states the fee or pricing method, cadence, start, term/renewal, and cancellation method. Good Bones will not treat silence as authorization to begin an undisclosed recurring paid service.
Third-party technology
Good Bones may use third-party software, hosting, networking, email, or AI technology subject to separate terms. See Third-Party Technology & Model Notices.
Accessibility
If you have difficulty accessing a Good Bones page/tool, email goodbonesweb@gmail.com for a reasonable alternative or assistance.
Disclaimers
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUBLIC WEBSITE CONTENT AND FREE DEMONSTRATIONS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” Paid-service warranties and liability allocations are governed by the applicable MSA/Order Form.
Governing documents
A signed MSA/Order Form controls over these public Terms for that paid service.
