Good Bones Web AI Acceptable Use Policy
This AUP is an enforceable part of the Good Bones terms governing AI-assisted features.
General rule
Use the service only for lawful business purposes and only with information, images, instructions, and data you are authorized to provide/process.
Prohibited privacy/data use
Unless separately authorized in writing, do not use the service to:
- process sensitive/private information without required rights or consent;
- obtain/store passwords, private keys, authentication tokens, full financial credentials, SSNs, or government-ID credentials;
- track/monitor people without lawful authority/required consent;
- submit HIPAA-regulated PHI; or
- create child accounts or knowingly submit personal information of children under 13.
No prohibited professional practice
The assistant may help organize facts/calculations/drafts/questions, but must not be used for unlawful or unlicensed professional practice. It is not a substitute for a licensed lawyer, medical professional, accountant, financial adviser, engineer, or other regulated professional where professional judgment is required.
No final automated high-impact decisions
Do not use AI as the final automated decision-maker for materially significant decisions involving employment, credit/lending, housing, insurance, healthcare, legal services, government benefits/social welfare, or similar domains.
Illegal/deceptive/abusive use
Do not use the service to facilitate crime, fraud, scams, phishing, malware, illegal spam, deceptive impersonation, unlawful harassment, safety-control evasion, sanctions/export violations, or infringement of copyright/trademark/privacy/publicity rights.
Customer communications and estimates
The assistant may draft communications, estimates, and pricing frameworks. A responsible person must review final customer-facing scope, price, safety statements, and commitments. A draft is not proof that an external action occurred.
Images
Only upload images you have the right to use. Image analysis is limited to visible information and can be wrong/incomplete. Do not treat it as proof of hidden conditions, exact measurements, code compliance, structural integrity, identity, or other facts that cannot reliably be determined from the supplied image.
Llama and Gemma restrictions
Good Bones AI features currently incorporate technology subject to the Llama 3.1 Community License / Acceptable Use Policy and Google Gemma Terms of Use / Gemma Prohibited Use Policy.
By using Good Bones AI features, you agree not to use them in a way that would cause you or Good Bones to violate applicable Llama or Gemma restrictions.

Enforcement
Good Bones may restrict/suspend access when reasonably necessary to stop prohibited use, protect others, respond to a security incident, comply with law, or comply with applicable model/software restrictions.
